Value‐based pricing is the concept of setting price based on the value to the customer rather than on the cost of services provided. It’s an excellent concept – aligning the service provider’s compensation with the value delivered to the customer – but can be difficult to execute. We’ll talk through whether or not this pricing strategy is right for your practice and what you can do to increase the value – actual and perceived – of the services you deliver to your customers.
