This practical, highly interactive session will focus on assessing and increasing the effectiveness of your branding and marketing efforts. We’ll discuss how to determine your marketing’s alignment with strategic objectives, ensure consistency of branding and marketing strategies, calculate and maximize return on investment of marketing programs, tailor messaging and communications, and screen and make decisions on opportunistic advertising and marketing offers. Workshop includes concrete examples of how small to mid-size organizations have effectively used these techniques.
