Course objective: select the best funding to increase capacity, and create an action plan to increase revenue.

To build capacity, you need more revenue. Grants, fundraising, fee-for-service or government contracts – all can be used to build capacity, but which is right for your organization, right now? In this session, we’ll discuss how to choose the type of funding best suited for your organization’s needs. Then, each participant will create a specific action plan to generate the funding you need to build capacity.
